How do we do it?

Our job is to bring to life your vision, on budget and on schedule. We start off by learning more by sending our professional craftspeople out to the job site to learn about the project and take accurate measurements by hand. They will also meet with the general contractor, superintendent or designer to discuss any important aspects of the project.

Once the materials complete, we don’t allow anything to leave our workshop that hasn’t first gone through a series of quality control tests to make sure that everything is aligned in terms of fit, color and style.

We realize that time is money and we will work hard to ensure everything is delivered on time and as agreed upon. If not, we'll fix it. With Encore, we’ll be there when we say we’ll be there. And we'll stand behind our work.
